Mussaddi Lal is not a movie of action, violence and thrillers. It is a heartfelt comedy, where the story moves at a slow pace and we get to see the journey of a retired school teacher who fights for justice in a corrupt government office.
Adding to the bizarre situations, Mussaddi also finds a way to help his friend in the pension office, Deven Bhojani, who is suffering from a mysterious illness, and he becomes a political scientist himself, while the rest of the gang, who are in a state of panic, are trying their best to outwit him.
