Can you please help me, i tried everything and nothing would connect to my nx1000 at all, not the two apps, not the two versions of smart camera, nothing at all, i start the wifi on the camera and connect to it on my phone, but the app on the phone doesn't find the camera at all, I'm running Android 10 but i tried before on Android 9 as well
So few days ago I went out and bought myself a backup camera. My local shop had an Amazing deal for the older nx1000 model for $260AUD which is about half price over what everyone else sells it for. Anyway long story short I went out over the weekend took loads of shots. Was very excited to play with it. Imported it into aperture 3 on my iMac and.... Nothing. I didn't realise this before but this 2yr old camera is not supported by apple and I have no software to even view the files short of probably pirating and installing photoshop. Anyway long story short I returned it and feel annoyed that I will probably go to sony nex now. As for the jpg images it took I was disappointed and the video lacked clarity and had slow af. Overall a poor experience but good learning curve - rant over...
I also have Capture one and dxo optics pro all latest versions and yes the samsung cameras are not supported on mac software either. Came as a real shock and makes the camera useless. Lucky I got a refund.
On my Mac running the latest version of operating system and cO7, dxo and aperture do not recognise the nx1000 file format and cannot view the files. Perhaps the mac software is different from windows.
I have a huge problem. I bought a NX300 but I did break the driver CD. Unfortunately the i-Launcher software from the CD is not downloadable on the Samsung support page. I contacted the support, but they they they dont have a link for me. What is this The software is without licence.
Samsung is also officially announcing the NX1100, which has been available in the U.S. market for a few weeks. It's the replacement for the NX1000($499.95 at Amazon)(Opens in a new window), and isn't that much different from its predecessor. It includes updated firmware with support for automatic file sharing with your tablet or phone; that firmware is available for download for current NX1000 owners. The NX1100 also includes a Lightroom license, which was not bundled with the NX1000. If you already have an NX1000 you are on your own in that regard—the software license is only available with the purchase of a new camera. The NX1100 is priced at $599.99 with the 20-50mm lens and is available in black or white.
To troubleshoot this issue please head to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the cog symbol to the right of your router > Forget > Back > Toggle Wi-Fi off and on again > Select your router from the list of available connections, and run through the connection steps. Now, go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Tap the cog next to your router > Advanced > MAC Address Type, and set this to Phone MAC. If the issue persists, please try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the software and address any issues that might be a contributing factor. I also recommend resetting your router to ensure that there are no temporary network issues.
Luckily, that's all changed now. Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, GoPro and now Sony have all released beta desktop apps that should save you faffing around with capture cards and software like OBS. To find links and instructions for your camera brand of choice, just use the menu at the top of this page.
Despite the arrival of official software from the big camera brands, though, there's still a chance your setup won't be supported. Some of the software is currently either PC or Mac-only, while many only support a limited range of recent cameras. If that's left you in a bind, it's still worth looking at the more foolproof method we've included directly below.
Our guide above is a broad approach that'll work with most cameras with an HDMI port, but many manufacturers including Canon, Fujifilm and Panasonic now have beta software available that lets you use your camera as a webcam without the need for any additional hardware.
Fujifilm recently joined the webcam party by releasing some software for some of its X-series and GFX-series cameras. Initially Windows-only, it's now available for Macs too, as long as you're running macos 10.12 or later.
Still, if you own one of those compatible cameras and have a Windows computer, the process is relatively simple as the tutorial above shows. To give the software a whirl, head to its download page (opens in new tab).
The software is currently Windows-only right now and only compatible with the Sony camera models list below. These include full-frame models like the Sony A7R IV, Sony A7 III and Sony A7S III, as well as APS-C cameras like the Sony A6600 and Sony A6100.
GoPro is the first action cam maker to join the webcam software party. It solution is a little limited right now, as it only works with the latest GoPro Hero 8 Black and is currently Mac-only (with Windows support \"in development\").
If that's your setup, though, then the process is pretty simple. You just need the camera itself (preferably on a mount), a firmware update, a USB-C cable and the new GoPro Webcam Desktop Utility software.
Neil's setup includes a Yeti USB microphone, the audio signal of which goes into the OBS software to be synced with the video signal. Our best USB microphones guide also recommends the Razer Seiren Elite.
You can get the latest camera support for older versions of our software through the free Adobe DNG Converter. For more details and troubleshooting camera support, see Photoshop or Lightroom doesn't support my camera.
I'm a complete noob, stumbled on this article after researching NX camera hacks. To sum it up, I'm almost certain this camera can shoot 4K video at 60fps, which I plan on using for slow motion shots on my video productions. The reason I think it is possible is because of this interview: -resource.com/news/2014/09/27/photokina-interview-samsung-nx1-redefine-pro-performance-quantum-leap-tech
These Iridient Transformer releases feature updates to many critical external software libraries used by these applications including the latest Adobe DNG SDK 1.6 release plus support for the lastest new RAW camera models from Canon and Fujifilm and other improvements.
This update includes support for the Olympus E-620, Canon SX1 IS, recent Hasselblad backs and RAW files converted by Phocus software and the Casio EX-FH20. GPS metadata export is now supported. The default camera tone curves for the Nikon D3X and Sony DSLR-A900 have been improved and default Nikon white balance presets for many models have been updated to be in sync with the most recent release of Nikon Capture NX2.
Wondering how to recover deleted photos from Samsung camera Remo Recover is an effective photo recovery software that supports file recovery of all types of images including BMP, RAW, CRW, NEF, ARW, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, DNG, etc. Additionally this tool is capable of recovering RAW photos (SRW) from Samsung. For instance, when you capture a picture using your Samsung camera, the image gets saved straight to your card memory (if you are using a media card). This memory card is small in structure and provides a huge space for digital data storage. Sometimes, you will leave the photos in the camera card itself thinking nothing will happen to them. However, this is not the case. Memory cards often fall victim to data loss due to human or software errors.
